Volunteer Registration
- Check-In
- We’re in need of men to help the attendees navigate through the check-in process upon arrival. This is a great opportunity to be one of the first to welcome registrants to Alpha Summit.
- Product Sales
- We’re looking for guys to help sell Alpha Summit gear as well as product for the guest speakers. You need to have organizational skills and show attention to detail as you’ll be dealing with a variety of different products.
- Greeters
- If you’re outgoing, we could use your help to greet, assist with seating and hand out the printed materials as people are entering the Auditorium.
- Setup
- We need hardworking guys to assist us in both pre- and post-conference setup/teardown. You don’t need to have any experience—just be someone who will be on time, work well with a team and have fun!
- Ministry Team/Altar Ministry
- Do you enjoy praying for people? Are you already on the altar ministry team? We need you! Altar ministry times will be happening throughout Alpha Summit, and we’d love to have you pray with those who need someone to stand in agreement with them.
- Team Catapult
- If you’re great with giving instructions, we could use you to assist the teams of men as they assemble and operate their catapults!
- Fire
- We need your help putting together an awesome bonfire. We’re looking for energetic volunteers who will assist us with the setup and cleanup of our multiple fire pits.
- Food Service
- Hardworking, detail-oriented guys are needed to assist us both before and during the conference with coffee and food prep. You don’t have to be a pro, just someone who will be on time, work well with a team and have fun!
If you’re unable to attend, please notify Gateway Church no later than Sunday, February 12, 2012. The registration fee is non-refundable after this date.
